Lean Administration Survey
Last year, Saheb Consulting conducted a company survey on the subject of ‘lean administration’. The aim of the survey was to show what benefits are associated with the implementation and where the greatest obstacles lie. 60 companies took part. The results are not surprising: it becomes clear again how much potential can be leveraged with lean administration, but also that long-term planning is necessary. The results in detail here:
