Very amazing when I consider how many other topics and content take care of themselves or become uninteresting in such a long period of time. But there is a very special reason for my enthusiasm: Lean promotes creativity. How&#8217;s that? Lean actually means becoming faster and more effective&#8230;. But lean applied consistently means that before any activity I ask myself the question: who needs it? And honest answers can really lead to surprises, and not only at work.
